Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end.
• Shape the design strategy for a two-sided marketplace.
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems and experiences across community, creator, content, engagement, and
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively with AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level with autonomy.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development and navigating ambiguity.
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or equivalent).
• Advanced Figma proficiency for high-fidelity designs and systems.
