Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end from framing problems to shipping
• Shape design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creators and consumers
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences incl. personalization and trust signals
• Connect product systems across community, content, engagement, and marketplace dynamics
• Prototype rapidly with AI-assisted tools to validate ideas
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product design with shipped multi-user experiences
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience
• Experience owning a product area at senior/lead level
• Strong 0→1 product development experience
• Understanding of marketplace discovery (search, ranking, recommendations, trust, conversion)
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping using Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable or similar
