🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field; advanced
- 7+ years in safety-critical systems (development, validation, deployment, or operations).
- Strong systems engineering principles: requirements, V&V, hazard analysis methods (HAZOP, FMEA
- Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 21448/SOTIF, UL 4600 safety standards.
- Experience monitoring safety metrics and designing test plans for autonomous/safety-critical
- Excellent technical communication and cross-team collaboration skills; strong project coordination.
