📋 Description

• Own utilization, capacity planning, and billability; forecast staffing requirements and automate
• Build and manage workforce planning model for headcount, hiring, progression, compensation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of operations experience, including at least 3 years in agency, consulting, professional
• Experience directly managing people and driving accountability.
• Ownership of utilization and gross-margin reporting within a services organization.
• Experience implementing AI-powered workflows or automation in active use.
• Strong systems-thinking; ability to document, automate, and simplify processes.
• Experience building workforce planning models and data-driven decisions on hiring and compensation.
