Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Define and execute product design strategies that balance user needs, business objectives, and
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery, research, and problem definition through
• Conduct advanced user research, interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and A/B
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear design decisions that improve usability
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the evolution of a robust, reusable design system.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a senior product design role, with a strong UX focus and a demonstrated
• Advanced visual design skills, including strong command of typography, grids, layouts, colour
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, user flows, and UX strategy.
• Strong experience designing for both mobile and web platforms, including responsive and adaptive
• Solid understanding of behavioural psychology and how user behaviour influences product adoption
• Extensive experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and
