Senior Systems Reliability Engineer (SRE), Edge

📋 Description

• Build and operate Cloudflare’s Edge platform across 320+ cities in 120+ countries
• Work in a follow-the-sun model with teams across Asia, Europe, and North America
• Develop tools to improve availability, performance, and operational velocity
• Embrace an "automate everything" approach for scalable, resilient systems
• On-call outside standard hours as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Linux systems experience
• 3 years in an SRE or equivalent role
• Programming in Go or Python
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale design tradeoffs
• Knowledge of DNS, HTTP, routing concepts such as BGP and IP anycast
