📋 Description

• You monitor and report daily/weekly turnaround and damage KPIs across Benelux branches, identifying
• You conduct regular branch visits to observe processes, provide hands-on guidance, and support
• You analyze operational data to uncover inefficiencies and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• You manage operational vendors, track SLAs, and assist with tender coordination.
• You coach branch staff on damage check-in/check-out and ensure accurate system registration.
• You prepare structured performance reports for Benelux management and HQ improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in operational, logistics or branch roles; mobility/auto sector a plus.
• Comfort with KPIs and dashboards; translate numbers into actions.
• Clear communicator; capable of coaching and motivating branch teams.
• Organized, proactive, able to work independently in the field.
• Basic project coordination; follow-up and progress reporting to management.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French an advantage.
