- Drive partner adoption of WordPress and related web products and services
- Build trusted partner relationships and provide high-quality support
- Translate partner goals into WordPress-focused requirements and plans
- Own project execution, timelines, quality, and outcomes
- Configure/troubleshoot WordPress environments and integrations
- Lead high-touch deployments, including DNS, migrations, and transfers
🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated AI tool usage to boost productivity
- Advanced WordPress administration, Site Editor, patterns, and templates
- Strong web tech knowledge: DNS, accessibility, performance, SEO, ecommerce
- Experience supporting/web projects with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent written/verbal English communication
- Strong project management and ability to balance thoroughness with momentum
