📋 Description

• Lead web scraping engineering team.
• Own architecture, roadmap, scalability and reliability of scraping systems.
• Guide scrapers using Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium.
• Address dynamic sites, browser automation, fingerprinting, sessions, cookies, headers, proxies.
• Establish monitoring, logging, and data quality practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years software engineering with strong web scraping experience.
• Engineering management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Hands-on with Playwright, Puppeteer, or Selenium.
• Deep understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, HTML/DOM, TLS/SSL.
• Experience with fingerprinting, anti-bot, cookies, headers, sessions, proxy rotation.
• Experience building scalable, reliable scraping infrastructure.
