Lead Product Designer, Marketplace

📋 Description

• Own marketplace discovery end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and framing problems to
• Shape the design strategy for a two-sided marketplace balancing creator visibility and consumer
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences, including personalization and trust signals.
• Connect product systems and experiences across community, creator, content, engagement, and
• Prototype rapidly and iteratively using AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, scalable designs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proven marketplace or two-sided platform experience.
• Experience owning a product area at a senior or lead level.
• Strong experience with 0→1 product development.
• Understanding of marketplace discovery dynamics (search, ranking, recommendations, trust
• Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping and development (Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Lovable, or similar).
