📋 Description

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing across multiple searches, including technical and mission-driven roles.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted workflows to identify and engage candidates.
• Create personalized outreach to attract passive candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to target evolving needs.
• Manage multiple searches with high-quality pipelines and momentum.
• Incorporate AI tools to boost research, outreach, and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting (agency, in-house, or internship).
• Proven ability to run multiple searches independently.
• Active experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).
• Strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency and sourcing pipelines.
• Excellent written outreach and communication skills.
• Comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

🎁 Benefits

• Compensation: $70,000–$85,000 USD annualized, pro-rated for six months.
