📋 Description
- Senior technical leadership for a large federal construction/infrastructure program.
- Lead multidisciplinary technical and program-controls teams; coordinate with designers
- Translate mission objectives into actionable technical, cost, schedule, and execution strategies.
- Oversee requirements management, design oversight, commissioning, and accreditation efforts.
- Support secure, mission-critical facilities with demanding performance and accreditation
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s
- 15+ years in design, requirements development, technical services, or construction management on
- Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
- Strong construction management knowledge; experience with secure facilities and ICD 705 is valued.
- Experience with program controls: scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk, and reporting.
- Leadership to guide matrixed teams and manage stakeholders across government and partners.
