📋 Description

• Senior technical leadership for a large federal construction/infrastructure program.
• Lead multidisciplinary technical and program-controls teams; coordinate with designers
• Translate mission objectives into actionable technical, cost, schedule, and execution strategies.
• Oversee requirements management, design oversight, commissioning, and accreditation efforts.
• Support secure, mission-critical facilities with demanding performance and accreditation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; Master’s
• 15+ years in design, requirements development, technical services, or construction management on
• Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
• Strong construction management knowledge; experience with secure facilities and ICD 705 is valued.
• Experience with program controls: scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk, and reporting.
• Leadership to guide matrixed teams and manage stakeholders across government and partners.
