Mentor role for Software Architect track

📋 Description

• Provide technical guidance and support to learners through online community forum.
• Answer questions related to course content, helping students overcome blockers.
• Explain complex software architecture and engineering concepts clearly and practically.
• Host one live virtual session each week to provide real-time support and engage with students.
• Escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when necessary.
• Build a positive learning environment and establish trust with students.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional industry experience in software engineering, architecture, or
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), including Pytest and scalable testing strategies.
• Deep understanding of design patterns (creational, structural, behavioral) and their production use.
• Proven experience designing microservices, multi-tier, cloud-native, and serverless architectures.
• Strong knowledge of caching strategies, CDN architecture, and data-storage trade-offs.
