• Proven experience designing digital products with user-centered focus.
• Hands-on user research: interviews, usability testing, surveys, remote/in-person.
• Strong analytical skills; translate findings into insights.
• Proficiency with Figma for design and prototyping.
• Experience with research platforms: UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback.
• Fluent English communication; ability to present findings.
