🎯 Requirements

• 1+ yrs of game design or pro gaming experience
• Strong foundation in multiple MTG formats
• Play experience across Paper, MTGO, Arena, etc.
• Curiosity, listening, and creative thinking
• Energetic, articulate communication
• Flexible, knowledge-seeking mindset
