• 3+ years in Brand Design / Graphic Design.
• Experience with 360 design across SMM, merch, comms, websites, L&D.
• Creative with strong style and trend sense.
• Fundamentals of typography, composition, color, hierarchy.
• Basic motion design tools (After Effects) for simple animations.
• Experience using AI tools to speed up workflows.
