📋 Description

• Own data-to-decision path from real data to model output.
• Balance cost, latency, and accuracy in models.
• Collaborate on in-house ML training, hosting, and inference.
• Design evaluation and metrics for classifier outputs.
• Shape agent evaluation with ML/AI teammates.
• Coordinate data infra for training and production.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years ML engineering experience.
• Production ML systems experience (gradient boosting, classifiers, embeddings).
• Strong understanding of when to use LLMs vs classical models.
• Experience with imbalanced data and robust evaluation.
• Built ML infra: training pipelines, serving, monitoring.
• Startup/small team experience; pragmatic tradeoffs.
