Sr. Manager, SLED Solution Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead a team of Solution Engineers for the SLED Business (Central Region)
• Develop value-based evaluation scenarios including demos, labs and POCs
• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to understand customer needs and close business
• Set go-to-market strategy for the territory with revenue leaders
• Escalate customer feedback and product gaps to executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pre-sales or engineering, with 2+ years front-line management
• Industry expertise in Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, BI, Data Analytics
• Snowflake experience strongly preferred
• Strong presenting skills to technical and executive audiences
• Ability to map customer problems to Snowflake solutions
• University degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field, or equivalent
