📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design program mgmt for Context Platform initiatives
• Coordinate with design leaders and eng to align design intent
• Define operating model for a new pillar and its rhythms
• Orchestrate cross-pillar collaboration and ownership
• Scale frameworks that aid cross-team collaboration
• Contribute to internal AI enablement for designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Design Program Management or DesignOps
• Proven track of leading complex, fast-moving programs
• Deep understanding of design systems and how designers consume context
• Experience with AI-powered products or adjacent workflows
• Technical curiosity to partner with engineers
