📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile adoption and coaching for distributed teams.
• Organize and run Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Refinement, Review, Retrospective).
• Manage backlog with Product Owner and Tech Lead; ensure clarity and readiness for sprints.
• Track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown) and drive improvements.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from interruptions.
• Coordinate across teams; participate in Scrum of Scrums.

🎯 Requirements

• Bac+5 in IT with 3 years as Scrum Master in software projects.
• Experience in large-scale e-commerce or digital projects.
• International, distributed environment experience.
• Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methods mastery.
• CI/CD, TDD, ATDD practices knowledge.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution skills.
