AI/ML & Forward Deployed Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy ML/AI and GenAI solutions from PoC to production.
• Build and optimize ML models for DL, NLP, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Develop GenAI apps with LLMs, RAG pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, and prompts.
• Design AI eval frameworks for quality, relevance, and performance.
• Build scalable AI services via REST/gRPC and event-driven apps.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps across deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software/technical engineering
• Hands-on ML / AI engineering expertise
• Advanced Python with DL/ML techniques
• Experience in NLP, forecasting, classification, regression, anomaly detection
• GenAI apps using LLMs and RAG architectures
• Embeddings, retrieval tuning, reranking, prompt engineering, evals
