Head of Engineer - Web3/Crypto

📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of blockchain-capable systems.
• Own technical direction across architecture, development, testing, deployment, and improvement.
• Build scalable, reliable applications and databases.
• Develop blockchain apps using Solidity, JavaScript, and Web3 libraries.
• Secure systems for recording/storing blockchain data and protecting transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, stats, or related field.
• 7+ years engineering/technical management experience leading teams.
• At least 2 years hands-on blockchain development (Solidity/Ethereum).
• Strong Web3.js and blockchain development knowledge.
• Experience deploying blockchain apps and smart contracts.
• Proficiency in JS/HTML/CSS and other languages (Python, Java, C#, etc.).
