Robotics Senior Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Based in Barcelona, bridge prototype development and scalable manufacture for Helsing’s robotics
• Collaborate with mechanical design engineers to ensure designs are manufacturable from early stages
• Work across engineering, quality, and supply chain to translate design intent into production-ready
• Scale robotic systems from prototype to repeatable, high-quality output.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering manufacturing processes for complex mechanical or electromechanical products
• Deep knowledge of DFM and DFA across CNC machining, sheet metal, injection moulding, and additive
• Proficient in 3D CAD (ideally SolidWorks); able to produce BOMs, work instructions, and
• Experience specifying and procuring manufacturing equipment, tools, and fixtures; build production
