📋 Description
- Provide real-time shop floor oversight to Aseptic operations (manufacturing, sampling and testing).
- Partner with Site colleagues to uphold performance standards in Aseptic operations.
- Shift-based role with responsibilities across Aseptic Manufacturing activities.
- Lead and mentor shift team; promote a Speak-Up culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in Aseptic procedures and performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Third Level Degree in Science, Quality or Engineering.
- 3+ years GMP experience with Aseptic Manufacturing support.
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Requirements.
- Excellent communication skills.
