📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for customer, product, and fulfillment teams to ensure clear communication
• Act as SME for D&B products/services and integration into client systems via APIs and
• Lead cross-functional fulfillment team to meet project milestones per contract terms and budget.
• Ensure delivery of D&B products/services by monitoring cross-functional activities.
• Provide hands-on customization to meet customer requirements and deliver training when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years in program/project management with large, complex programs.
• Proven experience in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification required.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage high-complexity programs with multiple dependencies and ensure timely
