Senior Manager, Product Security

📋 Description

• Lead and scale the product security program in an AI-forward engineering environment.
• Set direction with engineering/product leaders; develop a high-performing team; balance strategy
• Establish scalable security processes across SDLC, including risk-based guidance.
• Use AI and automation to expand coverage and reduce manual toil in security workflows.
• Partner with product/engineering to mitigate AI-powered feature risks (prompt injection, data
• Define secure architectures and platform controls for cloud-native, multi-tenant products.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in application/product security or related security engineering roles; SaaS security
• 5+ years of people leadership or technical leadership; track record of building security programs.
• Strong foundation in modern app security, threat modeling, OWASP Top 10, secure SDLC.
• Experience enabling security with engineering/product leaders; minimize friction while improving
• Experience using AI/automation to scale security programs (LLM-assisted review, automated triage
• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS) and containerized infra (Docker/Kubernetes)
