📋 Description

• Lead a global team of embedded HRBPs supporting senior executives across Engineering, Product
• Partner with Head of R&D and VPs to align talent strategy with product roadmap, platform
• Act as chief conductor across People Team COEs—synthesize R&D’s realities to push tailored
• Apply analytical rigor to people metrics to guide business decisions proactively.
• Architect agile, high-velocity R&D structures for AI-native workflows and optimize team design
• Partner with engineering leadership to redesign operating rhythms for AI-assisted, agent-driven

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years leading HRBP teams in high-growth tech
• Proven expertise in business acumen, organizational design, talent portfolio management, and
• Deep understanding of AI tools shaping technical workflows and human judgment in leadership
• Experience acting as an operational conduit between executives and specialized People functions to
• Executive presence to advise and coach VP+ technical leaders with empathy and business fluency.
