Security Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead daily security operations for a global 550+ employee org with hands-on, highly technical focus.
• Own security monitoring, incident response, and escalation for IT and security events.
• Develop playbooks, SOPs, and dashboards to surface risk to leadership.
• Automate security tasks and create risk dashboards for threat vectors.
• Implement and enforce security controls across Google Workspace, GCP, Slack, Salesforce, and

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12+ years in Information/Security, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep security tech: Google Workspace/GCP, EDR/SIEM (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Splunk, Google
• Experience with compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and GRC tools (Drata, Ostendio).
• Scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, Google Apps Script) to automate tasks and integrations.
• Strong English communication across time zones and remote/offshore teams.
