Developer Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Own DevExp as a product surface across API, SDKs, dashboard, and onboarding
• Collaborate with API/platform engineering to design developer-facing surfaces
• Shape the developer experience for both humans and agents on FLUX
• Improve onboarding, tooling, and surfaces to reduce friction for builders

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building software with developer-facing products
• Full-stack: TypeScript / React / Next on front-end; Python (Go or Rust) on back-end
• Strong API design instincts: errors, pagination, async jobs, breaking changes
• Fluent in the 2026 agent stack (MCP, runtimes) and developer-oriented product thinking
• Experience shipping developer-facing products used by external developers
• Product engineering mindset; shipping-focused, not just management

🎁 Benefits

• Base annual salary EU €140,000 - €190,000 + Equity
