🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 8+ years in software engineering; 5+ years building scalable systems.
• Strong data structures, algorithms, OS, networking knowledge.
• Proficiency in Golang (backend).
• Experience with databases, caching, NoSQL, servers.
• Leadership, mentoring, and design standards experience.
