📋 Description

• Lead and manage the EMEA SSC HR Operations team across Poland, India, Romania, Philippines and
• Oversee end-to-end onboarding lifecycle for client-supported professionals in diverse EMEA
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement standard operations practices.
• Serve as escalation point to ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll/benefits processes.
• Partner with Legal, Payroll, Billing, and Benefits brokers to onboard new employees.
• Drive transformation programs to scale operations and improve onboarding speed and margin.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in International Business, Accounting, Law, HR, Finance, or related
• 5-10 years in HR Operations, including end-to-end employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in centralized HR SSC operation management for the EMEA region.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage cross-regional staff.
• Understanding of HR fundamentals across locales; flexibility for international calls outside normal
• Project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines.
