- Lead top-of-funnel attraction for early-career talent in Western Europe
- Direct sourcing, referrals, and outreach with Talent Marketing
- Plan and run university career events and campus sessions
- Build long-term referral pipelines via employee networks and alumni groups
- Drive high-touch candidate engagement from offer to start date
- Continuously improve sourcing channels and hiring processes
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in talent acquisition with focus on early-career/university recruiting in Europe
- Based in and authorized to work in the EU
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong execution mindset and operational excellence
- Clear, concise communication with stakeholders
- Data-focused with experience using candidate assessment tools and tracking metrics
