Loan Conversion Specialist

📋 Description

• Support data conversion and technical implementation for loan origination software deployments.
• Review source data from core banking systems, LO platforms, and vendors for issues.
• Map source fields to target specs and validate requirements before loading.
• Use SQL to review, reconcile, validate, and transform loan data.
• Analyze CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON, and other data formats for quality issues.
• Review logs to troubleshoot data-flow, connectivity, and config problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in data conversion, tech implementation, or banking/fintech.
• Working knowledge of loan origination processes.
• Hands-on SQL for data review, validation, reconciliation, or transformation.
• Experience with CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON data formats.
• Knowledge of source-to-target mapping and data validation.
• Ability to interpret logs and diagnose technical issues.
