📋 Description
- Lead mechanical design, analysis, and integration of complex aerospace systems
- Own deliverables across concept to production and field support
- Develop 3D CAD models, drawings, and manufacturing docs with GD&T
- Perform structural, thermal, fatigue, and FEA analyses as needed
- Select materials, processes, and architectures to meet performance and cost goals
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5–6 years of hands-on mechanical design in aerospace or related field
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, NX, CATIA or similar; detailed drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T, structural design, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with stress, thermal, tolerance stack-ups, fatigue, and/or FEA
- Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
