Customer Finance Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage onboarding for US and Europe customer finance contracts
• Administer lease billing and amendments
• Handle FMV, post-lease billing and invoices
• Input customer data into Salesforce
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, AR and Service teams
• Lead onboarding and system moves for Intuitive assets

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in Customer Finance, Lease/Contract Admin, or Sales Ops
• Contract and billing knowledge
• Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and collaboration
• Attention to detail and efficiency
• Occasional travel; onsite Tue-Thu in Sunnyvale, CA
