🎯 Requirements

• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers within an IPT.
• Develop and manage System Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).
• Own requirements traceability from Government Requirements Matrix through to verification and
• Collaborate with software, hardware, safety, and integration teams to craft robust architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across design reviews, risk management, and verification activities.
• Communicate technical artifacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
