📋 Description
- Partner closely with frontier AI labs to understand data needs
- Build and operate scalable data pipelines for post-training workflows
- Design scalable systems for synthetic data generation and data quality
- Prototype new data types, benchmarks, evaluation frameworks
- Lead technical discussions with customers
🎯 Requirements
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals in Python, Go, Rust
- Experience with model training and inference
- Statistical analysis and experimental design knowledge
- Familiarity with evaluation methods for large language models
- Comfort shipping iteratively through ambiguity
