📋 Description

• Lead and develop our residential service team in the Treasure Valley. This is hands-on
• Spend time in the field coaching, use data to identify gaps, and drive exceptional customer

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a service organization
• Proven ability to coach and develop frontline employees
• Strong understanding of customer service and consultative selling
• Comfortable managing through KPIs, scorecards, and performance data
• Willingness to spend significant time in the field coaching technicians
• Strong communication and accountability skills

🎁 Benefits

• Base Salary: $80,000 + Performance Bonus
