Engineering Manager | Customisation Hub

📋 Description

• Lead, grow and develop a small senior full stack team
• Own the customisation surface end to end
• Shape the product with PM and design input
• Identify and argue for improvements in what we ship
• Own adoption: reduce drop-off and improve usability
• Coordinate across research, product, design, platform and GTM

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading a full stack team
• Strong product sense and collaboration with design/PM
• Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and ship meaningful wins
• Experience with enterprise/admin surfaces and translation/localisation concepts is a plus
• Based in London or willing to be, with 2 days/week in the office
• You are technically solid and can discuss architecture and design
