Prescribing Psychiatrist (Contract)

📋 Description

• Provide medication management for mental health via intake and follow-ups
• Conduct risk assessments and psychiatric evaluations
• Create patient-centered treatment plans and prescribe medications
• Follow evidence-based guidelines (measurement-based care, patient-centered care)
• Care for minors (0-17) and adults

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified MD or DO in psychiatry
• Unrestricted state license with no disciplinary action
• Active DEA license preferred
• Office space to see patients
• Ability to provide care across diagnoses, with in-person options preferred
• Full-time resident of the United States
