📋 Description

• Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes
• Investigate inventory accuracy issues with GM to fix gaps
• Champion strong visual standards for the salesfloor using data
• Support sell-through with accurate inventory counts and labor planning
• Support a safe, efficient work environment

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail or related leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication
• Agile with ability to handle multiple tasks in change
• Motivated to drive business in a fast-paced environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit with ownership mindset
