📋 Description

• Lead a diverse Engineering squad to deliver projects
• Provide ongoing feedback, guidance and support to the team
• Plan and coordinate task distribution within the squad
• Monitor task and project progress, adjust allocations and priorities
• Ensure clear communication between client and team on project requirements, feedback, deadlines and
• Manage the team: hold regular meetings to align tasks and resolve impediments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience planning, organizing and managing projects
• Ability to manage schedules, resources and deliverables
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira or Trello)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
