📋 Description

• Senior AI Developer to build AI agent-based solutions and automation.
• Work across the full solution lifecycle from problem identification to production evolution.
• Collaborate with business areas and clients to translate needs into AI-driven tech solutions.
• Develop using Java and/or Python; contribute code and technical decisions.
• Integrate agents, LLMs, APIs, tools, and enterprise knowledge sources.
• Participate in discovery sessions, assess automation opportunities, and define success criteria.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid development experience with Java and/or Python.
• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini).
• Experience with RAG and fine-tuning.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, Dify, AutoGen or similar.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, guardrails and agent evaluation.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).
