Senior User Researcher - Day Rate Contract

📋 Description

• Lead and deliver user research for complex projects, ensuring findings inform product, service, and
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure evidence drives decision-making
• Mentor junior researchers and share expertise within the community of practice

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a researcher in Agile environments
• Strong knowledge of UK public sector service design, including GDS standards and GOV.UK design
• End-to-end research capability from study design to analysis and actionable insights
• Broad methodological expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods
• Strong consultancy skills and stakeholder management experience
• Mentorship experience and understanding of ethical considerations and inclusive design (WCAG 2.2)
