🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing or tech roles; 4+ years customer-facing.
• Walk the shop floor to spot improvement opportunities.
• Experience with MES/ERP, quality, or production systems.
• Integrate systems and devices in manufacturing environments.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• BS in Engineering or related field; travel readiness (75%).
