• Deputy PPL Weight Management supports program performance and validation activities.
• Manage budgets, monitor KPIs, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure validation plans execution.
• Drive convergence, risk management, and delivery performance across development lifecycle.
• Lead technical meetings and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain physical validation plans and update PLM tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in project management, validation, performance management, or engineering coordination.
• English and French proficiency (mandatory).
• Budget planning, KPI tracking, stakeholder management, risk management, leadership, planning, and
• Knowledge of product development and validation processes; proficiency with PLM and PM tools.
