Occupational Therapist

📋 Description

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Evaluate functional status including ADL/IADL.
• Assess cognitive, psychological, motor aspects; plan interventions.
• Evaluate home hazards and barriers to independence.
• Identify equipment needs and environmental adaptations.
• Document care using EMR on a touchpad tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• A current Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
• At least one year of recent OT experience.
• Graduation from an AMA/AOTA accredited program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
