📋 Description
- Develop and implement government affairs strategies to support AbbVie's therapeutic areas and
- Act as liaison between U.S. Government Affairs and therapeutic business units, sharing developments
- Identify opportunities to advance GA strategies and enhance access and reimbursement for therapies.
- Build and sustain advocacy partnerships; assess policy environments to inform engagement plans with
- Serve as GA partner for U.S. brand teams, aligning policy goals with product lifecycle planning.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in pharma, healthcare policy, or public policy roles with coalition design/leadership
- Advanced knowledge in government affairs, policy, access/reimbursement, and economic analysis
- Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication; ability to work under deadlines
- Team player capable of collaborating with executives and external organizations
- Bachelor’s degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
