📋 Description

• Manage a global intellectual property portfolio covering trademarks, branding, graphics, and
• Advise marketing and commercial teams on campaigns, content, sponsorships, advertising, and
• Coordinate with regulatory specialists and external counsel on market-entry questions, including
• Translate complex legal and regulatory advice into clear, practical guidance that business
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including sponsorship
• Partner closely with Regulatory, Product, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to identify

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 7–10+ years of post-qualification experience, gained either in-house or
• Demonstrated experience advising on marketing, advertising, branding, or related commercial
• Strong hands-on experience managing IP portfolios, particularly trademark registrations, brand
• Significant commercial contracting experience, including drafting and negotiating complex
• Experience building effective stakeholder relationships and providing commercially practical legal
• Strong judgment and the ability to determine when an issue can be handled independently and when it
