📋 Description
- Lead the Talent Engineering organization, spanning 50+ engineers and managers across a portfolio of
- Coach and develop engineering managers and senior leaders across Lattice Engineering.
- Ensure a delightful, reliable experience for customers globally while enabling rapid product
- Partner with Product and Design to define and prioritize strategy and roadmap that translates into
- Represent Lattice in conversations with key prospects and customers.
- Collaborate with broader Engineering leadership to shape department-wide strategy and goals.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering management experience with multi-team leadership.
- Experience managing engineering investment across a product portfolio and resource tradeoffs.
- History shipping high-quality, scalable, reliable products.
- Autonomy, ownership, and CEO mindset in decision making.
- Proven ability to develop engineering leaders (ICs and managers).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.
